Shipping

Here at Alpha Hobbies we have partnered with Australia Post to deliver your wargaming purchases. We offer flat
rate REGISTERED shipping all over Australia for only $13.50. As an Australia store we don’t believe you should be disadvantaged by the great distances of our country. Dispatch times can vary depending on where we source them from.

To ensure our great low prices we run a very tight stock holding, check the table for aproximate delviery times based on your purchase.

We are a big supporter of the tournament/event scene and want to encourage groups and event organisers, so we also offer free shipping to anywhere in Australia for any order of $250 or more. We ask that TOs contact us in advance as we can sometimes work out special deals for your event.

We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. If you live outside Australia please contact us
at sales@alphahobbies.com.au about shipping costs before ordering.

Advance-Orders

An Advance Order allows you to secure an item that will be very popular and possibly hard to get once released. From time to time we also offer extra discounts on Advance Order items.

When placing a pre-order in combination with ordering items in stock please indicate whether you would like to wait for the pre-ordered items to be shipped together or whether you would prefer your order to be shipped as items become available.

Payment

We currently accept payment via Direct Deposit or Paypal.

For Direct Debit select the direct debit option when completing the check out process. Please remember to use your order number as a reference for your transfer. Note different financial institutions clear direct deposits in different lengths of time. Your order will be sent once the funds have cleared.

For Paypal select the Paypal option when completing the check out process. The shopping cart will take you offsite to Paypal for finalising your payment.

Returns

We understand that you may change your mind about a purchase and are happy to help where we can. Simply send the item back to us within 14 days and we will exchange your purchase or refund your money minus a 15% processing fee.

Where the product is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please do the following:-

1) Contact us within 7 days of receipt of product and notify us of the problem with as much information as possible.

2) We will issue you with a return number to send the goods back to us.

3) Upon receipt of the goods we will either issue you with a refund, credit or send out a replacement item to you.
